In the fifth all-time Grand Final meeting between the Hawks and Cats across the seniors and reserves levels, the Hawks got the chocolates for the fourth time in a row - following their 2013 VFL triumph and the famous AFL premierships of 2008 and 1989.
Geelong finished on top of the VFL ladder with a percentage of 167.8% after losing just two games all year, and won both of their finals comfortably.
