Four men allegedly robbed a man of ₹8.52 lakh in Maninalkuru Mulkaje, off the Kakkepadavu-Panemangaluru road, near Bantwal, on Thursday.
The Bantwal Rural police said Mayyadi, 40, the employee of a hardware and cement shop at Kannur in Mangaluru, was riding his motorcycle to collect payments from clients to whom the shop had delivered cement and hardware products.
