Hardap police destroy confiscated drugs worth over N$460,000
Namibian police in the Hardap Region have destroyed over N$460,000 worth of confiscated drugs, including Mandrax, cannabis, and crack cocaine. The destruction followed the finalization of court cases related to the seizures.

THE Namibian Police (NamPol) in the Hardap Region has destroyed drugs worth N$462,510 that were confiscated last year.
Deputy Commissioner Theodore Kotungondo said the drugs were confiscated from various parts of the region and were linked to cases finalised between January and December 2025.
“These drugs mostly originated from Rehoboth, Mariental and Kalkrand,” he said.
