First reported by Dutch outlet De Telegraaf , Hadjar has picked up a wrist injury over F1’s summer break, which has put his participation at Zandvoort into major doubt. The Race understands Hadjar being sidelined is the most likely outcome but that a final decision has not yet been made.
No decision has been made on who replaces him but if Hadjar is unable to participate, Racing Bulls driver Lawson could make an unlikely return to Red Bull Racing, where he lasted just two races before being demoted at the start of 2025.
