H.S. Keerthana is new MD of NWKRTC
H.S. Keerthana, a 2020-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of the North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation. She replaces Vaishali M.L., who held the position temporarily following the maternity leave of the previous MD.

H.S. Keerthana, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2020 Karnataka cadre, assumed charge as the new Managing Director of the North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) on September 28.
Ms. Keerthana had earlier served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Chikkamagaluru Zilla Panchayat.
As the previous MD of the NWKRTC Priyanga M. was sanctioned maternity leave, the government had given the additional charge of the NWKRTC to Managing Director of HESCOM Vaishali M.L. on September 9.
