Kalyan Bainsla, the car driver accused of hitting a woman sports bike rider in Gurugram, was detained from Dausa in Rajasthan on Tuesday, police said.The Gurugram Police, based on the CCTV findings, filed an attempt to murder charge against the accused driver.
