A day after a video showing a car hitting her motorcycle on Gurugram’s Golf Course Road went viral, biker Sia has hit back at the driver’s claim that the collision was accidental, questioning why he did not stop to check whether she was injured after the crash.

In a video statement posted on Instagram late Monday (September 14, 2026), Sia said the footage showed the car following the group before the collision and rejected the driver’s claim that he had been trying to avoid the bikers. She also questioned his assertion that he did not know the rider was a woman.

“It is very clear from the original video who was pinching whom. Even if you felt we were changing speed, that does not give you the right to chase us all the way,” she said.
