GURGAON: Gurgaon Police on Tuesday arrested the accused car driver Kalyan Bainsla after adding an attempt-to-murder charge in the case involving a car allegedly hitting a woman biker on Golf Course Road.He was arrested after a detailed analysis of CCTV footage.Bainsla, a gym owner who describes himself as an international kabaddi player, said he was travelling with his sister and two cousins when the incident occurred.The case was registered at Sector 56 police station after a video of the incident went viral on social media on Monday, following which police took suo motu cognisance and launched an investigation.During the probe, investigators analysed CCTV footage from the area and, based on their findings, added Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which deals with attempt to murder, to the FIR, Gurgaon Police said.The provision carries a punishment of up to 10 years, according to the police.Gurgaon Police also issued a…
