GURGAON: The father of biker Sia, whose video alleging a hit-and-run on Golf Course Road went viral, said he learnt about the incident only an hour earlier and would have filed an FIR himself had he known about it.Speaking to the media, Sia’s father said, “I only found out about the accident an hour ago.
