NEW DELHI: A 17-year-old girl has recounted a chilling ordeal she allegedly faced inside Delhi’s Aastha Kunj Park on her birthday, telling police that three men threatened her and her friend, claimed to be policemen and allegedly raped her at different locations inside the park, according to the FIR.The girl’s birthday outing had begun with a visit to Kalkaji Mandir. She told police that she had planned to offer prayers at the ISKCON temple later in the evening.According to her statement, she left home in an auto around 5pm and reached Kalkaji Mandir around 5.45pm with a male friend. They stayed at the temple until around 7pm before buying chips and a bottle of water outside Kalkaji Metro Station.The two then entered Aastha Kunj Park through Gate No. 7.
