Guernsey dementia podcast shortlisted for two national awards
A Guernsey-based podcast titled 'The Dementia Perspective' has been shortlisted for two British Podcast Awards. The series aims to educate younger audiences on brain health and dementia prevention through expert research and personal stories.

The Dementia Perspective, produced by Guernsey Alzheimer's Association and podcast host Ollie Guillou, is in the running for both the Health and Wellbeing Award and the Specialist Award, a category chosen by the judges.
The podcast was launched to help people learn more about brain health, dementia prevention and the realities of living with the condition.
It also aims to reach younger audiences who may not realise there are lifestyle changes that could reduce their risk later in life.
