[Kipsang Joseph, Standard] On Monday morning, James Wegesa called his wife, Karen Lore, 52, after she failed to arrive at their home in Nairobi on Sunday night, as scheduled. Lore, who was with their three-year-old daughter Grace Wegesa, was travelling from Kisumu, where they had gone to bury their late mother. Lore was also accompanied by her brother Peter Olang, 43, his wife Rosebenta Aoko, 35, their daughter Neville Olang, aged 2 years, and Calvin Raila, aged 20. However, Wegesa's phone call was answered by a police officer, who informed him of an accident and urged him to visit Gilgil Police Station in Nakuru County.
