Deputy Floor Leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in the Assembly T. Harish Rao has questioned the Congress government as to who had given it the right to grab the lands included in the prohibited list under Section 22A of the Registration Act illegally.

He made the comments while speaking to the victims of Section 22A from Tirumala Meadows, Laxmi Ganapathi Colony and Hema Nagar of Boduppal who represented their problem to him on Saturday.
