Governor and Chancellor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Saturday launched the Telangana Journal of Higher Education (TJHE), Issue-1 (January-June 2026), published by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

Themed Universities in the Twenty-First Century: Renewal, Reforms and Roadmaps, the international, peer-reviewed journal aims to promote research and discussion on contemporary developments in higher education.

Mr. Shukla appreciated TGCHEs initiatives to strengthen research culture, academic scholarship and intellectual debate in the State. He said platforms such as the TJHE would enable scholars, faculty, researchers and policymakers to exchange knowledge and explore innovative approaches to emerging challenges in higher education.
