Governor S. Abdul Nazeer visited the Lord Ganesha idol at the mandapam arranged at Manginapudi in Krishna district on Tuesday.

He offered special prayers to the 63-foot-tall Maha Ganapathi idol and received the blessings of Veda pandits.

Mines and Geology Minister Kollu Ravindra, MP Vallabhaneni Bala Showry, MLAs, Collector D.K. Balaji, Superintendent of Police V. Vidya Sagar Naidu, Utsava Committee chairman Chalamalasetti Narasimha Rao, Joint Collector M. Naveen, Assistant Collector Namrata Agarwal and officials of various departments welcomed the Governor.
