Government will act against disruptive forces, says Union Minister Pralhad Joshi
Union Minister Pralhad Joshi stated that the government will take strict action against disruptive forces and those insulting constitutional institutions. He also defended the government's electoral roll cleaning process and criticized opposition remarks regarding foreign investments.
Why it matters
The statement reflects the government's stance on political dissent and its approach to managing public order and institutional integrity.
The Union government will take strict action against all disruptive forces trying to create disorder in the society, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi said in Dharwad on Sunday (October 11).
“Strict action will be taken against those who insult Constitutional institutions, damage public property or create disorder in society. We will not tolerate nonsense in the name of protests. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government will not succumb to threats from any individual or groups. Some Congress leaders are making false allegations against the government. These stem from their anti-national stance, and will not be tolerated. A fitting reply will be given by those concerned,” he told reporters.
