Government prioritises friendly policing, says A.P. Minister

Minister of Backward Classes Welfare S. Savitha on Friday (September 25, 2026) said that the State government has prioritised friendly policing, stating that the model remains the best for an ideal society.

She was the chief guest at the passing-out parade of the APSP 2025-26 batch at the 14th Battalion in Jantuluru in Bukkarayasamudram mandal. The event was also attended by Singanamala MLA Bandaru Sravani.

Addressing 187 trainees who completed nine months of rigorous training, the Minister said policing is the toughest job, demanding work day and night irrespective of sun or rain, while balancing health and family responsibilities.
