Government likely to move HC Division bench on order to take action on HYDRAA Commissioner

The State government is awaiting the order copy of the direction of the Telangana High Court Justice Anil Kumar Jukanti to the Chief Secretary to relieve Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Protection Agency (HYDRAA) Commissioner A. V. Ranganath from the post and replace him with suitable official.
“We are yet to receive the full order copy from the High Court. Till we go through the order copy and its direction, further action cannot be taken,” top sources in the government told The Hindu on Monday. It is learnt that the full order copy will be available only after two days.
