Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has called on Nigerians to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s second-term bid ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The governor made the call in a statement issued on Friday by his spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, following the submission of the President’s nomination form to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
“President Tinubu’s leadership has set Nigeria on the path of development and reform. Nigerians should support his second-term bid to sustain this progress,” Yusuf said.
He urged citizens across political, ethnic, and religious lines to unite behind the President, stressing the need for continuity in governance.
“We must rise above our differences and support policies that promote national growth, economic stability, and unity,” he added.
