Goshamahal Police Stadium complex to be fully operational by October 2027

The Goshamahal Police Stadium complex in Hyderabad is undergoing major infrastructure upgrades, including new stables and administrative buildings. Officials expect the project to be fully operational by October 2027.

The Goshamahal Police Stadium complex, where several infrastructure projects including a modern stable for 48 horses and a five-storeyed City Armed Reserve (CAR) building are under construction, is expected to be fully equipped and operational by October 2027.
Director General of Police C. V. Anand, who inspected the stadium on Monday, expressed concern over delays in the ongoing works, and directed officials and engineers to expedite construction.
Apart from the stable complex and CAR building, the projects being developed uon the premises include dog kennels and facilities for sports, games and athletics.
The DGP also reviewed preparations at the stadium for Police Commemoration Day, which will be observed on October 21 in memory of police personnel who died in the line of duty.
