GoPals, a volunteer-driven organisation focusing on bridging the rural-urban divide, is celebrating its 12th-anniversary, Gavotsavam 2026, on Saturday, August 8. The celebrations begin at 6 a.m. in the Sri Surabharathi Sanskrit and Cultural Foundation at Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru.
The organisation was founded in 2014 by a group of IT professionals. GoPals has grown into a nationwide network of over 1,000 active volunteers.
The day-long cultural events will conclude with a Carnatic classical music performance by vocalist Vidwan Saketharaman at 6 p.m.
