A report from Indeed Hiring Lab showed which jobs have seen higher advertised pay growth since 2021. Jobs that are more likely to be reshaped by AI have seen greater gains. If you're looking for a job that's ripe to be reshaped by AI, you are likely seeing better pay advertised than just a few years ago. Indeed Hiring Lab grouped jobs more exposed to AI together and found that this category has seen pay growth skyrocket since 2021, more so than those less exposed to AI.
