Jed Walter has re-signed with the Gold Coast Suns until the end of 2029, turning down interest from interstate rivals.
All-Australian defender Bailey Dale will be out for at least five weeks after the Western Bulldogs player fractured his shoulder.
The Suns and Bulldogs meet each other on the Gold Coast this Sunday.
