Godrej bags ₹6 crore Bhogapuram airport security contract

Godrej Enterprises Group has secured a ₹6 crore contract to provide integrated security solutions for the new Bhogapuram International Airport. The project includes advanced threat detection and access management systems.

The Security Solutions business of Godrej Enterprises Group (GEG) has secured contracts from GMR Visakhapatnam International Airport Limited (GVIAL) and Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to deploy integrated security solutions at the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport. Valued at approximately ₹6 crore, the project aims to strengthen security infrastructure at the greenfield airport.
The comprehensive contract encompasses advanced threat detection and access management systems. Godrej will deploy blocking bollards, boom barriers, under vehicle scanning systems, turnstiles, swing lane barriers, explosive vapour and liquid detectors, non-linear junction detectors, bomb disposal suits, and real-time viewing systems.
