MANILA, Philippines — Bicol Saro Rep. Terry Ridon said on Tuesday that the prosecution is focused on presenting its evidence against Vice President Sara Duterte despite umors of a potential resignation deal with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

Speaking to reporters following Monday’s Senate impeachment proceedings, Ridon addressed rumors that the Vice President was attempting to negotiate an exit strategy involving her resignation and a future presidential run in 2028.
