NEW DELHI: Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, along with their business partner Ajay Gupta, surrendered before a Goa court on Monday. Two weeks after the Supreme Court refused to interfere with the cancellation of their bail, the accused surrendered in the case over the December 2025 fire that killed 25 people.They turned themselves in before the Mapusa additional district and sessions court after the Supreme Court directed them to surrender within two weeks. Advocate Saumya Drago, who represents the accused, said the court accepted their surrender and issued the necessary remand orders.Drago also said the defence filed an application seeking medical accommodations for the three men based on their medical history, doctors' prescriptions and medical records. The court allowed their requests for medicines and a mattress but kept the request for special footwear pending.
