Girls Islamic Organisation takes up ‘Embracing Femininity’ campaign

The Girls Islamic Organisation (GIO) has launched a nationwide campaign titled 'Embracing Femininity' to run throughout August. The initiative aims to help young women integrate their talents and personal identity in a modern context.

The Girls Islamic Organisation’s (GIO) will organise various online and direct events across the country as part of its nationwide campaign ‘Embracing Femininity’, which began on August 1 and will conclude on August 31, said office-bearers of the organisation in Coimbatore on Wednesday.
GIO’s Coimbatore district president U. Faseeha said the core objective of the campaign is to create an environment where women can understand their inherent nature and unique talents, enabling them to excel to the best of their abilities.
State secretary of the organisation Nuha Maryam said today’s young women contribute significantly across various fields, including education, employment, family, social service, science, and culture. At the same time, they face continuous pressure to excel in every sphere of life simultaneously.
