KOCHI: A team from Thiruvananthapuram Cyber Police Station on Sunday evening took right-wing political commentator TG Mohandas into custody from his house in Mattancherry in connection with alleged remarks he made in a YouTube video about the Jantar Mantar protest.Police sources said the Thiruvananthapuram team, with the assistance of local police, inspected his house in Koovappadam for details of his YouTube account and digital devices allegedly used to make the video.According to the FIR registered by Thiruvananthapuram Cyber Police, the case was based on a complaint alleging that videos uploaded on Mohandas’ YouTube channel, “Pathrika”, were intended to disturb public peace and create fear and unrest.In the video, Mohandas allegedly said the protest by students in Delhi could lead to incidents…
