Kantesh Kadaramandalagi, honorary president of the theatre group, told reporters on Friday that the group had chosen Tughlaq , Girish Karnad’s acclaimed Kannada play, which has been staged in several languages, because its theme remains relevant for all times. Through the complex personality of Tughlaq , the play explores human emotions and the intricacies of politics.
