As MyJoyOnline reports , the document was prepared by the NPP’s Constitutional and Legal Policy Committee. The committee analyzed the report of the Constitution Review Committee and the government’s position on the proposed amendments.
The document was submitted to NPP presidential candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the National Executive Committee for consideration and approval. The meeting is expected to determine the party’s final position on the constitutional changes before it is announced to the Ghanaian public.
