NEW DELHI: BJP MP Kangana Ranaut Tuesday doubled down on her attack on the Gen Z protestors who had mobilised at the now-withdrawn CJP protest, calling them "Generation Gutter", who "try to live independently without accountability".Ranaut dubbed Gen Z women as "so-called westernised Indian women", who are "not good at studies, but they are so ugly and corrupt that they cannot be homemakers either", yet they "proudly flaunt their freedom to use drugs, consume alcohol, or have endless body counts".Lashing out at the "behaviour of young Hindu women", who had gathered to protest against the NEET paper leak and were demanding the resignation of then Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan, the actress-turned-politician said those female protestors wanted to "imitate the lives of independent career women without earning that freedom"."Women who are truly independent make rebellious choices, hold bold opinions, take unconventional career paths, and accept accountability for their actions.
