Annamalai, on Wednesday (September 23, 2026) said that every police officer, politician, and influential individual “who helped shield him” for the past many years must also be brought to justice. Mr. Annamalai further called for a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to be constituted to “uncover the entire network” that allowed his alleged crimes to continue for so long.
