California Governor Gavin Newsom has put his sprawling Sacramento-area mansion on the market for $7.5 million, months before his second term comes to an end in January 2027. The Spanish-style estate in Fair Oaks features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a host of luxury amenities, including a tennis court, swimming pool and a 5,000-bottle wine cellar.The 8.2-acre property, located in an exclusive enclave near the American River, was listed on Monday by Sotheby’s International Realty agents Matthew Hindy and Nick Sadek.
