GAUA General Secretary, Charles Kojo Aidoo, explained in an interview on JoyNews ‘ The Pulse that the association represents professionals who perform essential functions in the administration and operation of universities.

According to him, the withdrawal of their services will have a direct impact on the day-to-day running of university campuses.

“All the accountants in the university, so it means salaries are not going to be processed. All payments are not going to be processed in the university. All admissions, new admissions, are not going to be processed,” he said.
