GASB reviews NMAM-2.0 in Visakhapatnam

A high-level review meeting was held for the preparation of the National Municipal Accounting Manual (NMAM–2.0) by the Government Accounting Standards Advisory Board (GASAB) under the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, at the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) office on Wednesday.
The meeting was chaired by Advisor and Chairperson, GASAB, Alka Rehani Bhardwaj, in the presence of Principal Director, GASAB, Jayanayak and was attended by GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg.
Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh, S. Suresh Kumar, Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration (CDMA), Sampath Kumar, attended through video conference.
