TSHWANE Metro Police officer Peter “Gagash” Nonyane and his wife, lawyer Charlotte Tibane, have offered to wear ankle monitors and give their live locations to investigators if they get bail.

The couple made the offer as their bail application continued at the Polokwane Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 2 September.
Nonyane and Tibane face charges of fraud, money laundering, and theft. The State claims the couple faces 43 charges involving over R4 million.
The State alleges the pair stole money from various deceased estates to fund their lavish lifestyle.
Nonyane’s supplementary affidavit was read into the record by his lawyer, Advocate Hlawu Maluleke.
Maluleke told the court that his client was ready to accept strict bail conditions.
Nonyane denied committing the extra offences recently added to the case.
He said he intends to plead not guilty to all charges.
