NEW DELHI: Food regulator FSSAI on Saturday said it has issued more than 150 notices to food companies, including major brands such as Nestle India, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola India, in recent months over misleading advertisements, false claims and non-compliance with labelling regulations.In a social media post, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) shared an update on its enforcement action against major brands in recent months, according to news agency PTI."Over 150 notices issued for misleading advertisements, false claims & labelling non-compliances," the FSSAI said.The regulator also shared a list of some major brands against which action has been taken.
