NEW DELHI: Heavy rainfall lashed several parts of Delhi on Monday afternoon, bringing respite from the heat but causing widespread waterlogging and severe traffic disruption across the national capital.ITO Chowk witnessed heavy waterlogging, resulting in massive traffic congestion.
