Free medical camp held in Kurnool
A free medical camp was organized in Kurnool by KIMS Hospitals to promote early disease detection and healthy lifestyles. The event included screenings by various specialists and a large-scale blood donation drive.

Kurnool MP B. Nagaraju said that several diseases can be detected early and prevented if everyone undergoes regular health check-ups. The MP inaugurated a free medical camp organised by KIMS Hospitals, Kurnool, on Sunday (July 12, 2026) as part the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Montessori Schools.
Speaking on the occasion, the MP advised people to adopt a healthy lifestyle and said that such free medical camps are highly beneficial to the community.
Dr. Pasula Anand Yadav, Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and Cardiac Electrophysiologist at KIMS Hospitals, highlighted the rising incidence of heart disease and obesity due to changing lifestyles and unhealthy dietary habits. He advised people to avoid junk food, exercise regularly, and undergo routine health check-ups.
