Fragments of National Artist Botong Francisco's sculpture under Angono's care
The Angono municipal government has acquired two wooden mural fragments created by National Artist Carlos 'Botong' Francisco. These pieces, part of a larger 12-part masterpiece, were donated by the Pineda family and are now displayed at the local tourism office.

After more than 60 years, the Angono municipal government now has in its care two pieces of the wooden murals that form part of a 12‑piece masterpiece by National Artist for Painting Carlos "Botong" Francisco, which were sculpted between 1962 and 1964.
