Police say emergency services were called to Discovery Boulevard at Bahrs Scrub about 2:15am on July 26 after reports of a large disturbance involving a group of people.
Police found several damaged vehicles and a nearby home had also been damaged.
A 21-year-old Redbank Plains man was found nearby on Orchard Avenue with critical head injuries and was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital, where he died on August 1.
Following an extensive investigation, detectives from the Logan Criminal Investigation Branch and the Homicide Investigation Unit executed 14 search warrants across Logan, south Brisbane and Ipswich on Thursday.
