Four arrested with leopard skin, 17 claws in Bhadradri Kothagudem
Police in Bhadradri Kothagudem district arrested four individuals for the illegal possession of leopard skin and claws. The suspects allegedly killed the animal earlier this year and were attempting to sell the wildlife parts.

A joint team of the Burgampadu police and the Task Force arrested four persons and seized a leopard skin and 17 claws at Thallagommuru village in Burgampadu mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem district on Monday.
The arrested persons were identified as Challa Anil Kumar of Thallagommuru, Kunja Bhadraiah, Kunja Gangaraju and Madvi Kannaiah, all natives of Gammalakota village in Polavaram district of Andhra Pradesh.
According to the police, the three accused from Gammalakota allegedly killed a leopard that fell into a ditch near their village during the summer this year. They allegedly removed its skin and claws from the carcass and preserved them with the intention of selling them later.
