Garda said they arrested the four following a managed containment operation on the M50 in west Dublin on Thursday morning.
"At approximately 10.30am this morning, garda conducted a managed containment operation when they stopped the vehicle and arrested four men, three aged in 20s and one 40s," a Garda spokesperson said.
