Four arrested for manufacturing Alprazolam at poultry farm in Mahabubnaga
Telangana police arrested four individuals for operating an illegal Alprazolam manufacturing unit inside a poultry farm in Mahabubnagar. The suspects were allegedly supplying the drug to local dealers for the adulteration of toddy.

Just four months after walking out of jail, a 39-year-old man allegedly went back to the same trade, setting up an illegal Alprazolam manufacturing unit in a poultry farm in Mahabubnagar, only to be caught by the Telangana EAGLE Force.
Malela Jaya Prakash Goud, who had earlier been arrested for allegedly running a similar unit in Bowenpally , was among four persons arrested after the Hyderabad Narcotics Police Station team raided the Lakshmi Narasimha Poultry Farm on the outskirts of Annasagar village in Boothpur mandal on Sunday.
Police seized 1.15 kg of Alprazolam worth ₹20.30 lakh and dismantled the unit, recovering manufacturing equipment and chemicals.
