Foundation stone laid for Kendriya Vidyalaya in Jagtial
The foundation stone for a new Kendriya Vidyalaya has been laid in Jagtial, Telangana, as part of a government effort to expand access to quality education. The project is expected to help the region develop into an educational hub.

The State government is committed to ensuring quality education and better learning outcomes through its Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare residential educational institutions, Social Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar said.
He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for the Kendriya Vidyalaya at Chelgal in Jagtial district along with Nizamabad MP Arvind Dharmapuri on Sunday.
The State government has allotted five acres of land for the establishment of the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jagtial.
Addressing the gathering, the Minister said the State government is focused on expanding access to quality education and promoting holistic development of students.
