SINGAPORE , Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Alpha Ladder Group Pte. Ltd. ("Alpha Ladder"), today announced the appointment of Jade Lu as Wealth CEO and International CEO, reporting directly to Dr Bo Bai, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Alpha Ladder Group.
Jade brings more than 20 years of international banking experience and was previously President and Executive Director of Shanghai Innovation Bank (Previously known as SPD Silicon Valley Bank) and, concurrently from 2020 to 2023, with Silicon Valley Bank Asia. She previously held senior leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank.
