Former investment bank CEO among three to face MACC charges involving over RM136m

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 19 — Three individuals, including a former chief executive officer (CEO) of an investment bank, are expected to be charged under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act at the Sessions Courts in Kuala Lumpur and Seremban today.
According to the court system, the former CEO will be charged before Sessions Court Judge Azura Alwi while a woman with the title Datuk, who is a company director, will be charged before Sessions Court Judge Suzana Hussin.
