Former Hong Kong actor Lo Hoi Pang, 84, credits his improved health and fitness to the influence of screen legend Chow Yun Fat. Lo has adopted a regular exercise routine, including daily running and hiking, which helped him normalize his blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol levels.

Lo revealed that his health has improved significantly after a period of rest and recuperation, with the “three highs” that had previously troubled him – high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol – all returning to normal.
“I’m perfectly healthy now,” he said with a smile.
When asked by Hong Kong media how he overcame his health problems, Lo credited his good friend and screen legend Chow Yun Fat for encouraging him to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
