Former chief justice Christopher Kourakis to head Victoria's royal commission into construction sector

Victorian Premier Ben Carroll has released the terms of reference for the royal commission to investigate allegations of the criminal infiltration of unions and building sites.
He announced Christopher Kourakis, a former SA Supreme Court chief justice, will lead the royal commission.
Mr Kourakis will report back to the government no later than August 20 next year.
