FLY91 orders 40 ATR planes
Regional airline FLY91 has placed a firm order for 40 ATR 72-600 aircraft, valued at approximately $1 billion. This represents the largest order for ATR aircraft by a regional airline to date.

Regional airline FLY91 today signed a firm order for 40 70-seater ATR 72-600 aircraft, marking the largest ATR order globally by any regional airline.
The deal is valued at approximately $1 billion though airline customers negotiate discounts on listed price.
The airline will lease another six to eight aircraft before the new aircraft begin arriving. No definite timeline was shared on the induction of 40 aircraft.
For the Franco-Italian aircraft manufacturer, a big Indian order comes nine years after IndiGo ordered 50 ATRs in 2017.
